在“双碳”目标背景下,家族企业如何通过绿色创新实现可持续发展已成为重要研究议题,但作为高度可见且难以逆转的家族身份标识,家族命名将如何影响企业不同类型的绿色创新决策,现有研究尚缺乏系统分析。基于2008—2024年中国A股上市家族企业样本,本文从声誉效应与禀赋效应视角出发,区分了绿色管理创新与绿色技术创新,实证分析了家族命名对两类绿色创新的差异化影响,并检验了分析师关注与二代涉入的调节效应。研究发现,家族命名显著促进绿色管理创新,但抑制绿色技术创新;分析师关注强化了家族命名与绿色技术创新之间的负向关系,对家族命名与绿色管理创新的关系无显著作用;二代涉入削弱了家族命名与绿色管理创新之间的正向关系,同时进一步增强其对绿色技术创新的抑制效应。研究揭示了家族命名企业在绿色创新决策中“声誉激励”与“风险规避”并存的双重逻辑,为理解家族企业绿色转型路径提供了新的经验证据。
