美籍奥地利管理学家彼得.F.德鲁克的目标管理理论是现代管理学理论体系中最为璀璨的一颗明珠。在人类进入知识经济时代的今天,重新认识和评价这一理论具有重要的现实意义。本文分析了目标管理理论的意义和内核,讨论了目标管理引发的论争,并说明了目标管理理论对中国管理实践的重要意义。
