试论竞争战略对创业导向—绩效关系的影响

摘要
目前,创业导向研究的焦点已经从是否采用创业导向转向了建立创业导向的方法与机制以及这个过程中存在的障碍。研究文献显示,竞争战略是影响创业导向与绩效关系的一个重要变量。本文认为,在实施差异化战略的企业里,创业导向的创新、风险承担和超前行动三个维度会显著影响组织绩效;而在实施成本领先战略的企业里,创业导向的创新和积极竞争两个维度会显著影响组织绩效。
