摘要
创业过程研究是创业研究的焦点。本文以创业过程的动态性与复杂性为主线梳理并评述主要的创业过程理论模型 ,指出创业过程的动态性与复杂性特征是创业研究独特性的基础 ,创业过程研究的发展遵循与创业过程特征逐渐结合的内在逻辑 ,并提出了创业过程研究的发展方向。
