摘要
本文介绍了当前解释企业实施多元化经营原因的交易成本理论、资源为本理论、市场势力理论和代理理论 ,并且指出这其中的任何一种理论都不能单独解决多元化战略之谜 ,必须构建新的研究框架来推动企业多元化研究的进一步发展。
