本文回顾了近年来国外有关客户—供应商关系的研究 ,对有关的研究方向进行分类 ,并进一步确定了客户—供应商关系的特性。不同的特性组合形成了形形色色的关系类型 ,企业应根据自身及客户和 (或 )供应商的状况 ,选择合适的关系类型。
