创业学习实证研究现状探析

摘要
创业学习理论研究还处于起步阶段,相关的实证研究为数甚少。本文在综述创业者个体、创业团队和创业型企业组织三个层次的创业学习研究文献的基础上,对初始学习、经验学习、模仿学习、搜寻与顿悟学习、嫁接学习等五种学习方式进行了简要阐述和比较,并基于这五种创业学习方式对现有实证研究进行了评介,最后总结了本研究的三方面发现。
