基于价值三角形逻辑的商业模式概念模型研究

摘要
本文在梳理商业模式最新研究文献的基础上,归纳了有关商业模式的三种基本观点,分析发现"价值三角形"框架有助于理解和透视商业模式中价值定义、价值创造与传递以及价值获取之间的逻辑关系,据此提出了商业模式的三维度概念模型。文章进一步运用"5W1H"分析工具对商业模式的概念模型进行了详细的分析,从而为商业模式设计提供了具体的思路。

②这里的“单位”是指执行价值活动的(组织内、外部的)任何个人或组织实体。这些单位之间通过活动间的联系建立关系(参见Santos等,2009)。
③例如,施乐公司最初想以“剃须刀—刀片”模式把914型复印机推向市场,但高昂的设备价格使这一模式缺乏竞争力。后来,该公司重新设计了盈利模式(采取租赁方式),结果大获成功(Chesbrough和Rosenbloom,2002)。新的盈利模式要求重新设计创造和传递价值的方式。
