新企业资源开发过程研究回顾与框架构建

摘要
本文从企业生命周期、初始资源和管理情境因素等角度对现有的新企业资源开发研究文献进行了梳理,提出了包括资源识别、资源获取、资源整合和资源利用四个环节的新企业资源开发过程的概念,构建了新企业初始资源、创业目标、商业模式、机会类型、网络结构和环境特征等因素与新企业资源开发过程关系的综合研究框架,并提出了相关的研究命题。
