国外企业社会责任缺失研究述评

摘要
虽然企业社会责任缺失问题不像企业社会责任问题那样受到管理学者们的普遍关注,但国外还是有不少学者对企业社会责任缺失现象进行了卓有成效的研究,并且取得了一些值得关注的成果。本文在回顾国外企业社会责任缺失研究的基础上,首先对企业社会责任缺失进行了定义和分类,然后分别从环境、组织和个体三个方面分析了导致企业社会责任缺失的原因,接着又先后评介了关于企业社会责任缺失演进过程和影响效应的研究成果,最后在剖析现有研究仍存在的不足以后有针对性地对未来研究进行了展望。
