创业者身份及其建构研究述评

摘要
身份具有建构性,创业者可以通过主动建构和管理身份来推进创业活动的顺利开展。本文在系统梳理现有文献的基础上,首先阐述了创业者身份的概念界定与分类问题,并且分析了影响创业者身份建构的个体与情境因素;然后考察了创业者身份建构中合法独特性的实现路径;最后提出了一个创业者身份建构的整合研究模型,并且指出了创业者身份及其建构研究的未来方向。
