学生创业因具有较高的成长潜力,成为创业领域备受关注的研究课题之一。但是,该细分领域的研究主题相对零散,缺乏全面的整合性框架。结合学生创业的双重身份多变性,促进学生自我身份的探索,本文从身份视角切入梳理相关文献,首先,辨析了学生创业者的范围、类型及与兼职创业者和学术创业者的区别,阐释了学生的创业者身份建构策略及学生和创业者双重身份的管理策略。其次,归纳了影响从学生到潜在创业者、学生创业者和职业创业者依次转变的个体因素、家庭因素、高校支持和区域环境,并在此基础上勾勒出学生创业者身份建构的整合性框架。最后,提炼了已有研究结论的启示和局限,并展望未来的研究主题。
