企业国际化网络理论的起源、基本框架与实践意蕴探讨

自上世纪八十年代中期以来,国际商务学术界根据企业行为人假设、市场网络化思想、新经济社会学的社会嵌入理论以及创业理论所构建的企业国际化网络理论,正在成为解释企业国际化现象的主流理论,这一理论尤其对发展中国家的后发企业国际化成长具有重要的启示意义。本文深入阐释了该理论的行为人假设以及有关企业国际化本质、企业国际化目标与企业国际化机理三大问题的基本观点,进而构建了企业国际化网络理论的基本框架,并且认为新兴的国际新创企业理论和国际创业理论实际上均沿用了企业国际化网络理论的理论逻辑。最后,本文根据该理论的基本框架提出了促进我国企业国际化成长的若干建议。
