本文基于四家国际新创企业的纵向跨案例研究,探讨国际新创企业如何获取国际绩效的问题。研究结果表明:(1)在早期国际化阶段,国际新创企业拥有有限资源,国际新创企业通过创业拼凑形成非正式的战略;国际新创企业的有限资源通过基于创业拼凑的战略转化为生存绩效。(2)在后续国际化阶段,国际新创企业拥有充裕资源,国际新创企业通过计划分析形成正式的战略;国际新创企业的充裕资源通过基于计划分析的战略转化为成长绩效。本文研究结论不仅深化了我们对企业资源与国际新创企业国际绩效之间关系的认识,而且对我国国际新创企业提升国际绩效有管理启示。
