组织关怀与怜悯研究述评与展望

摘要
关怀与怜悯是伦理学、哲学、宗教学等学科领域的重要研究内容,而从组织的视角去讨论关怀与怜悯,则是近十年来管理学领域的一个新兴研究主题。本文基于文献回顾,在介绍了组织关怀与怜悯的内涵、分类和构成维度的基础上,阐述了组织关怀与怜悯的形成机制及其理论依据,分析了组织关怀与怜悯的主要影响因素和对组织的影响效应,并指出了未来研究方向。
