工作价值取向研究现状分析及未来构想

摘要
工作价值取向从工作目的角度诠释工作意义以及人与工作的关系,特别是"呼唤"维度把工作解释为奉献、服务与物质超越,从而使劳动者更多地感知到工作意义、个人使命与真实自我。研究表明,工作价值取向对个人生活与工作及组织发展都有持续而显著的影响,本文从工作价值取向的概念内涵、形成与转变、影响效应、结构测量及跨文化研究等方面分析了工作价值取向研究现状,并对未来研究方向和框架进行了构想。
