本文基于工作价值观理论,利用来自科技型中小企业的大规模抽样调查数据,深入探讨了工匠精神这一有着深刻时代烙印的员工职业信念对组织韧性的影响。研究发现,工匠精神对组织韧性具有促进作用。进一步的机理分析表明,战略共识能够显著提升组织韧性,而具有工匠精神的员工更容易达成战略共识,由此工匠精神能够通过促进战略共识对组织韧性产生的积极影响。本文揭示了工匠精神作为一种理想信念所蕴含的巨大力量,发现了工匠精神促进组织韧性的战略路径,也为新时代工匠精神与组织韧性的协同培育提供了指导和借鉴。
