创新主体在创新生态系统中存在多样性、共生性、适应性、动态演化性以及价值共创,数字技术范式下技术转移价值创造日益复杂化、多元化。基于此,本文从技术转移价值创造理论内涵、影响因素以及结果出发,系统回顾职能创新、创新系统、三螺旋以及创新生态系统理论下技术转移价值创造研究发展历程,总结技术转移价值创造研究理论来源和前沿动态;构建基于产业创新生态系统理论视角的技术转移价值创造理论分析框架,重点关注公共研发组织与企业之间的知识互动及其价值共创和价值协同,分析隐性知识和生态系统领导者的策略与领导的重要影响。本文提出四个未来研究方向,包括创新主体之间互利共生的管理研究、学术企业家在技术转移价值创造中的作用研究、面对面交流和在线交流的相对重要性研究,以及多元化技术转移价值目标和表现研究。本文重新界定了数字技术范式下技术转移价值创造理论内涵,揭示了数字技术范式下技术转移价值创造机制,以期推动技术转移价值创造理论研究和实践探索。
