组织裂变是指从现有组织(母体企业或母公司)中形成新企业(裂变新创企业)的过程。组织裂变是创立新企业的一种特殊方式,是员工寻求自我实现的有效途径,是企业战略变革的重要手段,对产业集群和区域经济发展也起到不可或缺的作用。国外学者对于组织裂变已经展开了大量的研究,但迄今为止,此类研究在国内管理学界尚未引起足够重视。本文通过对国外关于组织裂变的研究文献进行述评,首先,在分析组织裂变的概念、类型和过程的基础上,从资源基础视角、知识基础视角、代理视角和交易成本视角阐释其理论基础;其次,根据公司型裂变、学术型裂变和创业型裂变三种裂变类型从组织裂变中参与主体的特征(裂变新创企业的创始人或创始团队特征、裂变新创企业特征、母体企业)和外部环境两个方面对裂变新创企业绩效的影响因素的相关研究进行了评析;最后对未来研究方向进行了展望。
