本文通过定性和定量相结合的研究方法对创新管理国际领域的研究进行了系统性的回顾,弥补了现有文献对管理学科视角创新综述研究的不足。本文借助Citespace软件对来源于Web of Science创新管理领域(1962—2019年)的43 828篇文献进行科学计量分析。研究发现:创新管理领域的权威期刊对理论、方法、政策、应用等方面各有侧重;中国和中国机构的发文量位居榜首,中国学者发文量较高,但国际学术影响力有待提高;近十年的研究热点从组织二元性、商业模式创新转向平台、生态创新、数字创新等,吸收能力仍是创新管理国际领域的研究热点;创新管理可细分为九大主流研究领域,分别是开放式创新、知识观、能力、项目管理、二元性、商业模式创新、生态系统、主导设计和竞合。
