越来越多的以利润为导向的企业正在通过学术期刊与会议报告无偿地披露创新成果,这种被称作是“开放式知识披露”的现象引发了学者们的广泛兴趣。本文通过CiteSpace文献计量分析法与传统的文献回顾法系统地梳理了开放式知识披露的研究现状。在此基础上,本文辨析了开放式知识披露的相关概念,分析了开放式知识披露的驱动因素(企业内部因素与外部环境因素),阐述了开放式知识披露的主要渠道(期刊论文与学术会议),剖析了开放式知识披露的经济效果(基于创新获利理论和信号理论的研究)。本文认为,未来研究应关注开放式知识披露的新兴渠道,推动开放式知识披露理论体系的完善,分析开放式知识披露与其它独占策略的协同作用,重视中国情境下的开放式知识披露实践。从理论上看,本文丰富了创新获利理论与信号理论,为未来研究提供了潜在的研究方向。从实践上看,本文分析了开放式知识披露作为一种独占策略的可行性,为企业管理人员提供了有价值的决策参考。
