548本文从比较优势和制度理论的视角考察了贸易摩擦对中国企业国际化程度的影响。以2000—2020年间进行跨境并购的中国A股上市公司为样本，研究发现，从短期来看，贸易摩擦促进了企业的国际化广度和深度；政府补助正向调节贸易摩擦与国际化广度之间的正向关系，而税收优惠负向调节这一关系。从长期来看，贸易摩擦抑制了企业的国际化广度，但促进了国际化深度，东道国正式和非正式制度均正向调节贸易摩擦与国际化深度之间的正向关系。贸易摩擦对企业国际化广度的短期效应主要受政府干预的调节，而对国际化深度的长期效应主要受东道国制度质量的调节。研究从短期和长期两个阶段分别考察贸易摩擦对跨境并购企业国际化广度和深度的影响，对贸易摩擦与企业国际化相关研究提供了新的发现，并且突出了政府干预和东道国制度质量的影响。本文深化了我们对贸易紧张时期企业国际化行为的理解，同时，也为政府的政策制定提供了决策参考。
