摘要
面对经济危机导致的各种困境与挑战,商业伦理日益成为组织行为研究与管理实践的一大热点问题。本文在文献梳理的基础上归纳了商业伦理概念内涵与特征的发展演进过程,进而回顾了以往有关商业伦理形成与影响机理的主要理论模型及其相互联系,最后从利益相关者的视角对未来商业伦理研究的发展方向及核心内容进行了预测与展望。
