基于象征性行动的新企业资源整合机制研究

开发创业机会需要投入大量的资源,新企业由于缺乏合法性而必须面对整合外部资源方面的巨大挑战。本文在文献回顾的基础上,首先分析了新企业在资源整合方面所面临的困境,然后探讨了象征性行动的内涵及其对新企业提高合法性进而获得外部资源持有者认可的作用,最后基于创业者、新企业以及新企业与其他组织间关系三个层面的合法性对象征性行动进行了分类阐述。
