摘要
本文在对现有的企业员工工作一生活整合理论进行述评的基础上,分析了员工工作—生活整合的内涵与意义、角色整合机理、主要理论模型以及多层次的工作一生活整合策略,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。本文认为,工作与生活之间的联结机制必然从冲突走向整合。
