本文通过分析对比,回顾了相关文献对雇主品牌内涵和价值的论述,介绍了雇主吸引力及其维度的相关观点,讨论了包括雇主品牌价值主张、市场细分等内容在内的雇主品牌建设过程,并简要阐述了雇主品牌的衡量,最后对雇主品牌理论的意义和发展状况进行了简要评论。
