二十多年来,战略过程领域的流派之争始终是管理学界关注的一个焦点问题。本文试图在现有综述的基础上将国内管理学界对战略过程的理解向纵深推进。本文旨在探讨战略过程研究的纷争缘何而起和战略过程研究将何去何从这两个问题;然后从“基本假设不同”与“分类方法混淆”两个层面入手剖析战略过程研究混乱局面的成因;最后基于最新的研究动态,从理论和实证两个方面对该领域研究未来可能的发展方向进行展望。
