摘要
本文从跨国公司的视角回顾和分析了国外近年来有关FDI技术溢出效应的研究文献,揭示了东道国政策、FDI性质、当地市场竞争、可适用技术的价值等影响FDI技术溢出效应“供给”的重要因素,并发现现有检验结果存在分歧或证据不充分,从而导致了这些因素的确切影响尚无定论的现状。
