摘要
从 2 0世纪 80年代开始 ,大多数计划经济国家在“华盛顿共识”的理论指导下 ,开始向市场经济转型。但是“华盛顿共识”在实践中出现了严重的问题 ,经济学家在总结前苏联、东欧以及中国等转型国家的经验与教训的基础上 ,逐渐形成了“后华盛顿共识”。本文围绕“后华盛顿共识”对经济转型理论及实践作一综合分析 ,以了解转型研究的动态和借鉴意义。
