国外伦理型领导研究前沿探析

摘要
当今的社会变革引发了人们对于如何实现组织持续发展问题的深度思考,伦理型领导正是解决这一问题的有效路径之一。本文首先归纳总结了现有研究有关伦理型领导概念内涵及结构维度的成果,进而基于对现有实证研究结果的述评,探讨了不同层面伦理型领导的效能机制以及它们之间的相互关系,并展望了未来该领域的研究要点。
