泰罗制百年流变探析——兼纪念泰罗制诞生100周年

摘要
在泰罗的《科学管理原理》发表后的100年里,管理学家们逐渐发现用科学管理理论、古典组织理论和人际关系理论已经不能说明组织及其管理的复杂特性,于是就对科学管理进行了批评和反思,并提出了种种关于泰罗制的不同思想和理论。本文详细介绍了经济理性、马克思主义和福柯三大泰罗制研究范式,依据这三大范式对新出现的管理理论与泰罗制的关系进行了探讨,最后介绍了反泰罗制这一西方发达国家比较激进的管理思潮,并对这种自诩要与泰罗制彻底决裂的管理思潮进行了评价。
