基于公平感知视角的员工职业健康研究述评与展望

摘要
员工的职业健康不仅关系到员工个人的生命安全,更关系到企业的生存和可持续发展。基于公平感知视角的员工职业健康研究,不仅为职业健康理论研究开辟了新的方向,也为企业促进员工职业健康提供了新的工作思路。本文从公平感知与职业健康关系的研究取向、理论基础、理论模型、内在机理以及管理策略等方面对西方相关文献进行了分析和总结,并指出了现有研究的不足与未来研究方向。
