外来者劣势研究前沿探析与未来展望

摘要
由于地域、制度、文化等方面的差异,跨国公司从事跨国经营活动需要承担异国经营成本,因而相对于东道国当地企业而言具有先天的竞争劣势,国际商务研究者把这种竞争劣势称为"外来者劣势"。国外学者从上世纪七十年代就开始研究外来者劣势问题,并且取得了丰硕的成果。本文在文献回顾的基础上,详细评价了外来者劣势概念演化、存在性验证和克服等方面的研究进展,并针对已有研究所存在的不足,对未来相关研究进行了展望。
