企业间合作关系的管理是战略与组织管理研究中的一个重要议题。既有研究对合作关系的建立与发展均做了详尽的考察及整理,但缺乏对合作关系终止研究的系统回顾与整合。本文旨在对合作关系终止的相关研究做全面综述。综述主要围绕以下三个问题展开:首先,何为企业间合作关系的终止;其次,哪些因素导致了合作关系的终止;第三,合作关系的终止对企业有怎样的影响。本文试图建立一套系统的整合框架对以上三个问题的研究进行评述,在指出现有文献中不足之处的同时,提出未来研究的可行方向,以期为国内相关领域的研究提供借鉴,并为企业间关系的管理实践带来启示。
