本文围绕开源社区这一以软件源代码为核心的虚拟网络组织,在回溯其源起与界定概念的基础上,提炼刻画了开源社区的独特性,并通过对2001—2019年间发表于SSCI检索期刊的188篇文章展开文献计量分析,系统地梳理了社会科学尤其是管理学领域内有关开源社区的发文情况与研究脉络。在补充部分专著、会议论文等文献资料后,对有关开源社区的主要研究内容进行整理与剖析,提出以“组织维”和“个体维”为核心分析层次的二维知识框架,不仅从“组织架构”“领导力”“知识产权治理”三个子维度阐述了开源社区的内部治理机制,还按照“前因—过程—结果”的逻辑分析框架,探究了企业与个体用户参与开源社区的动机、过程以及绩效。最后,围绕开源社区如何管理、协调企业与个体的参与过程这一核心议题,提出可供参考的未来研究方向,以期引起更多中国学者关注,为中国开源社区的发展及其治理机制的完善贡献知识。
