经济增长绿色指数的构建与分析——基于DEA方法

摘要
文章引入非参数线性规划方法构建各地区经济增长的绿色指数,衡量创造GDP过程中资源消耗强度和环境污染程度,并对绿色指数的地区差异和变化趋势进行分析。结果表明:(1)各地区经济增长对资源依赖和环境污染的程度呈现出较大的差异性;(2)绿色指数与能耗强度存在负相关关系,与人均GDP存在显著的正相关关系;(3)"十一五"前三年各地区经济增长的绿色指数都有不同程度的提高,各地区经济增长的绿色指数并没有收敛,反而呈现出一定程度的发散趋势。文章所测度的GDP绿色指数及其变化情况可以作为衡量"节能减排"效果的综合性指标。
