环境规制是否影响了中国制造业企业研发创新?——基于微观数据的实证研究

摘要
文章利用世界银行营商环境调查中中国企业的问卷调查数据,就环境规制对中国制造业企业研发创新行为的影响进行了实证检验。研究发现:首先,环境规制对中国制造业企业研发创新的扩展与集约边际均具有显著的正向影响,面临更强环境规制的企业更加倾向于进行研发创新并具有更大的研发投资额;其次,位于更强的产权保护的城市、更高污染强度行业的企业,环境规制对企业研发创新的促进将更加明显;最后,环境规制不仅促使中国制造业企业增加了研发倾向与研发投资,同样促使企业增强了产品创新与生产工艺流程的改进。
