2159网络编配是以中心企业为代表的编配器通过对网络参与者进行有目的、有意识的协调，来实现价值创造、获取与分配的过程。基于封闭系统网络和开放系统网络两种情境，本文回顾总结了网络编配的研究起源与内涵特征，构建了网络编配研究的整合性理论框架：依据编配器的不同类型，从“组建维度”和“协调维度”整合提炼了网络编配的关键维度，从网络层面和个体层面分别总结了网络编配的前因变量和结果效应，并比较探讨了不同网络情境下网络编配的关键维度、前因变量和结果效应的差异性。最后，本文提出未来应开展动态视角下的关键维度探索、拓展不同网络情境下的前因变量和结果效应研究、加强网络个体层面研究、丰富研究方法和加强量化分析，以及完善基于中国情境的本土化研究。
