摘要
本文在回顾了国外并购和人力资源管理问题研究成果的基础上,分析了影响企 业并购成败的人力资源管理问题、不同并购阶段和类型中的人力资源问题,并提出了相应的对 策和解决思路。最后,文章指出了现有研究文献的不足以及未来的研究方向。
