摘要
我国当前大量的集群研究都忽略了跨国公司在某类集群中作为主导力量和重要参与者的突出作用。现实中 ,跨国公司在集群形成和发展以及对外联系的过程中同样发挥着重要的作用。而当代集群区域对跨国公司的竞争优势也提出了新的挑战。当前国内文献几乎还没有从这一视角开展对集群的探讨。然而 ,近年来 ,国外有学者从跨国公司的视角对该类产业集群进行了研究
