董事会群体断裂带的内涵、来源以及对决策行为的影响——文献综述与理论研究框架构建

在组织行为学领域,群体断裂带已经成为学者们关注的热点与焦点,但基于群体断裂带视角研究董事会这一战略决策群体的文献却非常缺乏。本文在系统梳理相关研究文献的基础上,深入分析了董事会群体断裂带的来源和构成,并构建了董事会群体断裂带对董事会决策行为影响的研究框架。本文对进一步打开董事会行为过程的"黑箱"进行了有益的探索,以期为后续相关研究奠定基础。
