基于跨时视角的联盟组合过程研究与概念框架构建

摘要
本文在梳理联盟组合现有研究的基础上,阐述了联盟组合过程研究的重要意义,然后基于跨时视角探讨了联盟组合过程特征、形成机理以及绩效影响等问题,最后构建了跨时视角下的联盟组合过程研究概念框架,并且指出了联盟组合过程研究可进一步深入的方向。
