组织污名研究述评与展望

摘要
组织污名是社会对组织的一种消极评价,事关组织的资源整合、持续发展乃至长期生存,需要积极加以管理。本文对国外有关组织污名问题的研究文献做了系统梳理,从组织污名的含义与生成、污名对组织及关联个人的影响,以及组织管理污名的策略等方面对现有研究进行了述评,并对该主题的未来研究方向做了展望。
