连续创业作为习惯性创业的重要组成部分,正受到学者们越来越多的关注。目前关于连续创业的研究仍集中在连续创业、组合创业与新手创业之间的比较分析上,对连续创业现象的独特性及其推动因素,以及连续创业者可能的绩效差异及其产生机制等问题,并未形成系统的理论解释,相关实证研究更是匮乏。本文通过对连续创业已有研究文献的系统梳理发现,创业经历与连续创业意向及其后续绩效的关系可以从认知、资源和情感三个角度进行解释,同时为了深入理解和准确把握它们之间的复杂关系,对创业经历的成败差异做出更为细致的刻画必不可少。在总结现有理论成果的同时,本文还尝试从承诺升级的视角对连续创业现象进行新的解读,这一视角不仅可以引发更多深层次的思考,也可以为后续相关理论研究带来更加可靠的范式参考。最后,本文对连续创业研究中存在的一些有趣议题做出了简单的展望。
