本文基于社会影响理论,通过3个实验考察了突出用户之间相似性的框架和突出产品之间相似性的框架对消费者点击意愿的影响,并剖析了感知产品匹配性在其中所发挥的中介效应以及产品类型和推荐数量在其中所扮演的调节角色。研究表明:与突出产品之间相似性的框架相比,突出用户之间相似性的框架会使消费者产生更高的感知产品匹配性,进而增强其点击意愿。但这种框架效应会受到产品类型的调节作用:对于享乐型产品而言,突出用户之间相似性的框架往往更加有效;而对于实用型产品而言,突出产品之间相似性的框架则更加有效。而且推荐解释的框架效应只有在推荐数量为一个时才发生;当推荐数量为多个时,感知产品匹配性和点击意愿在两种推荐解释框架条件下均无显著差异。本文不仅推进了个性化推荐方向的研究,也拓展了社会影响理论和框架效应理论在市场营销领域的应用研究,并为企业实施个性化推荐策略提供了重要的实践启示。
