传统企业囿于自身的资源和能力,会选择嵌入平台企业主导的生态系统来推进自身数字化转型,但是其实施过程并非易事。本文采用理论抽样方法,针对一家铜工艺品制造企业“铜师傅”嵌入小米生态推进数字化转型的过程开展案例研究。研究发现:传统企业若要嵌入平台生态系统中,不但需要资源和能力的协同,企业领导者的管理认知与平台生态运营理念的趋同也扮演着重要作用。具体而言,传统企业嵌入平台生态系统推进数字化转型包括冲撞、适配和共生三个阶段;管理认知与试错学习的共演推动着数字化转型各个阶段的演进。
