新企业进入市场直接制约着新企业能否实现创业成功,在新企业创建及早期的成长阶段发挥着不可忽视的作用,然而相关研究仍然较少。从现有文献来看,学者们对新企业市场进入的概念内涵理解缺乏一致性,较多学者结合自身研究兴趣从不同层面研究新企业市场进入的相关问题,导致现有研究主题比较分散,尚未形成系统的研究框架,对新企业市场进入的前因及结果缺乏机理性的深入探究。基于此,本研究致力于明晰新企业市场进入的概念内涵,以新企业进入市场类型、进入市场动机、进入时机、进入门槛和进入方式为线索探析新企业市场进入过程,系统梳理新企业市场进入的关键影响因素,并揭示新企业市场进入的结果,最后构建新企业市场进入的综合研究框架,以期明晰新企业市场进入当前研究不足,并展望未来研究方向。
