7673高投资无法带来高回报所引发的信息悖论使得技术与绩效的关系问题成为管理信息领域关注的焦点,任务技术匹配理论为这一问题的解决提供了良好的思路。本文首先对任务技术匹配理论的提出背景进行了介绍,在此基础上,文章以任务技术匹配理论的基本观点和应用及其相关变量的测量为框架,对国内外任务技术匹配理论的研究成果进行了梳理与评介,并立足于电子服务和中国社会两个视角,挖掘了任务技术匹配理论潜藏的研究机会。
