在工作场所中所处的地位是团队成员普遍关心的问题。目前的研究大多将地位视为静止和稳定的状态,而忽略了地位并不是一成不变的,而是处于不断获得、保持以及丢失的动态变化过程中。因此,深入了解团队成员的地位动态变化,不仅有利于全面理解工作场所地位现象,而且会对静态的地位研究形成补充和拓展。鉴于此,近年来工作场所地位动态变化方面的研究成为学者们关注的新兴领域。学者们从地位动态变化的机制、前导因素以及产生的影响等多个方面对该领域展开了分析。本文系统梳理了相关研究,具体阐释了团队成员地位的定义和分类;介绍了地位的自我增强机制;从情境被动论、情境互动论和情境决定论三个视角出发,归纳了地位获得的过程、原因以及前导因素,并对地位丢失带来的影响及其内在机理进行了回顾;在此基础上明确了地位动态变化方面研究尚需解决的问题和未来的研究方向。
