为揭示数字化转型驱动下专精特新“小巨人”组织韧性前因条件的组态效应,本文以132家专精特新“小巨人”上市企业为样本,运用自然语言处理法进行文本挖掘,构建了企业数字化转型指数,并采用fsQCA分析了制造过程数字化转型、商业模式数字化转型、非沉淀冗余资源、沉淀性冗余资源、感知能力、适应能力以及创新能力等前因条件对组织韧性的整体作用机制。研究发现:组织韧性提升的本质为多因素的耦合与协同,具有多元化的模式和多条路径。在数字化转型驱动下,专精特新“小巨人”高组织韧性前因组态包括“全面数字化转型—适应能力”双元协同型、“商业模式数字化转型—创新能力”双元协同型和“制造过程数字化转型—资源—能力”三元协同型。数字化转型在“专精特新”企业高组织韧性前因组态中发挥创造机制、增强机制和重塑机制。“专精特新”企业在利用数字化转型提升组织韧性方面呈现一定的聚焦性,且这种聚焦性受企业数字化水平高低影响。本文拓展和丰富了数字化转型驱动下组织韧性提升机制的理论研究,也为进一步优化“专精特新”企业培育提供了对策建议。
